After a day at Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, or another Orlando attraction, come home, cool off in your private pool, relax in the spa, enjoy dinner together, and let the kids continue the fun in the game room. And when you want a break from the parks, enjoy a resort day without going far. NO PARTIES OR EXTRA VISITORS Ohana Only 💙 Maximum occupancy: 12 guests This home is for registered guests only. ❌ No parties ❌ No events ❌ No unapproved visitors ❌ No unapproved vendors or gatherings Please don't try to sneak in extra guests — not even Stitch. 😉 Violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund and/or eviction by local authorities. 🐾 2. NO PETS OR ANIMALS Our Home Is Allergy-Safe We love furry friends, but this home must remain completely animal-free to protect guests with allergies. ❌ No dogs ❌ No cats ❌ No other pets or animals Violation fee: $300 🚭 3. NO SMOKING, VAPING OR DRUGS INSIDE Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is permitted 10–15 feet outside the home, with all doors and windows completely closed. PROTECT OUR MAGICAL HOME Please Keep These Items Out of the Villa To protect our furnishings and make cleaning manageable for every family, the following are not permitted inside: ❌ Candles or incense ❌ Glitter or confetti ❌ Slime, putty, or kinetic sand ❌ Tape, stickers, glue, Command Strips, or other adhesives ❌ Face paint or body paint ❌ Hair dye, coloring, or bleaching products ❌ Tanning oils or lotions on furniture, bedding, towels, or indoor surfaces These products can permanently stain or damage furnishings and are extremely difficult to remove. Use of prohibited materials may result in additional cleaning, repair, or damage charges. Even Stitch can't get glitter out of everything. 💙 📹 5. PLEASE DON'T TAMPER WITH OUR DEVICES Our security and home systems help protect the property and our guests. Please leave the following on, plugged in, and untouched: Exterior security cameras Smart locks Garage equipment Wi-Fi routers Other essential smart-home equipment ❌ Do not unplug, cover, move, disable, disconnect, or tamper with these devices. Tampering may result in immediate reservation termination without refund. 🏊 6. POOL & SPA SAFETY Splash Responsibly! 🌺💦 Use the pool and spa at your own risk. For everyone's safety: 👧 Supervise children (keiki) at all times 🚫 No diving 🚫 No running 🚫 No rough play 🚫 No glass in or around the water 🚫 No food in or around the water Please follow all posted pool and spa safety instructions. 🔥 7. POOL & SPA HEATING Pool and spa heating is provided through an electric heat-pump system and is weather dependent. The pool and spa share the heating system and cannot be heated independently. In colder outdoor temperatures, the system may not be able to achieve or maintain your desired water temperature. Water temperature is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for weather-related or temperature-related concerns. Winter safety settings or automated system protections may also affect heating. Pool heating: $40/day Must stay on during the duration of your stay ⏰ 8. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Help Us Keep the Ohana Schedule Happy 🌴 Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM 🌺 Early Check-In $30, up to 2 hours early, with advance approval and subject to availability. 🌴 Approved Late Check-Out $30, up to 2 hours, with advance approval and subject to availability. ⏱️ Extended Late Check-Out Departures beyond the approved 2-hour period may require a charge of 50% of the nightly rate, subject to approval. 🚨 Unauthorized Late Check-Out Any unapproved stay past 10:30 AM is subject to: $50 per 30-minute increment This allows our cleaning team to stay on schedule for the next Ohana. Stitch gets cranky when the cleaners can't start on time. 😉 ❄️ 9. A/C & HOME COMFORT Keep Our Tropical Home Cool — But Not Too Cool 🌴 Florida is hot and humid, and our A/C works hard! Please keep the A/C: 🌡️ Between 72°F and 78°F ❄️ On Auto/Cool Do not set the temperature below 72°F. Temperatures below 72°F can cause the HVAC system to freeze and may result in a breakdown. Guests may be financially responsible for technician repair costs resulting from improper operation. 🚪 Keep the Cool Air Inside When the A/C is running: Please keep all exterior doors, sliders, and windows completely closed. Let's not turn the A/C into a snow-cone machine. 🥶💙 🚗 10. PARKING & VEHICLES 🚙 Vehicle Limit Maximum 5 vehicles per villa. 🅿️ Where to Park Vehicles must be parked completely on: The driveway, or Designated resort parking stalls Please do not block the sidewalk. 🌱 No Grass Parking Parking on grass is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in towing, stickering, and charges for damaged sprinkler heads. 🚫 Vehicles Not Permitted Overnight No: Commercial vehicles RVs Trailers Buses Boats Golf carts 🗑️ 11. TRASH & RECYCLING Help Keep Our Little Island Clean 🌺 🧹 Trash Valet Daily trash valet service is provided. Please place all garbage: ✔️ Securely tied in 13-gallon trash bags ✔️ Inside the front-door bench receptacle ♻️ Recycling Recyclables must also be tied inside 13-gallon bags. All cardboard boxes must be completely broken down so they fit inside the receptacle. Trash violation fees will be charged if proper handing of trash is not done correctly. 🏡 12. CARE FOR OUR HOME LIKE IT'S YOUR OHANA We want you to relax and enjoy yourself! 💙 At the same time, please return the home in the same reasonably tidy condition in which you found it. Excessive mess, staining, structural damage, broken furniture, or missing property may result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges. Treat our home the way you'd want your own home treated. 🌺 🌴 13. FLORIDA ENVIRONMENT & WILDLIFE NOTICE A Little Heads-Up From Your Tiny Blue Space Buddy 🐾 Our villa is located in a sub-tropical Florida environment near natural waterways. That means you may occasionally see a small insect or other common outdoor critter. Sometimes they may even make an unexpected cameo indoors. This does not necessarily indicate a cleanliness issue. The home is professionally cleaned and treated, but no tropical home can guarantee that every tiny creature will stay outside 100% of the time. 🐜 Help Keep the Bug Ohana Outside: ✔️ Keep food sealed ✔️ Don't leave food exposed ✔️ Keep doors and sliders closed ✔️ Keep windows closed If you see something concerning, please let us know immediately so we can help.
