The dining table and kitchen island provide seating for up to 12 guests. 🏊 PRIVATE POOL & SPA Our home has a private screened pool and spa for guests to enjoy. *Pool heating is available for an additional $40 per day for eligible shorter stays. *For stays of 10 nights or more during October through April, pool heating is included at no additional charge. *Please request heating at least 48 hours before arrival so we have time to arrange it. *The pool and spa share one heating system, so the spa cannot be heated independently. *Allow up to 48 hours for the water to warm up. *Heating performance and the temperature reached depend on outdoor conditions and the equipment's operating conditions. 💦 **POOL & SPA HEATING** **RECOMMENDED DURING COOLER MONTHS (October–April)** **Shorter stays:** Pool & spa heating is available for **$40/day**. **Extended stays:** Pool & spa heating is **included at no additional charge for stays of 10 nights or longer during October–April.** • **Please request pool & spa heating at least 48 hours prior to check-in** so the system can be activated in advance. • Once activated, the heater runs for the **entire stay**. • Please note that the pool pumps are equipped with a safety feature designed to prevent overheating during colder weather conditions when the system is working harder than usual. If this occurs, the pumps may temporarily shut off automatically until they can safely resume normal operation. • The pool heater operates using a heat exchange system and may not perform effectively when outdoor temperatures are near freezing. • For homes equipped with a spa, the spa and pool share the same heating system. The spa cannot be heated independently while leaving the pool heater off. The spa will typically warm up more quickly; however, the pool temperature will also increase over time, especially during warmer weather. • **Please allow up to 48 hours for the pool and spa to reach the desired temperature after heating is activated.** • Pool/spa heating is **weather-dependent**, and refunds are not provided for underperformance due to weather or unusually cold temperatures. We provide a starter kit of essential supplies upon arrival, and guests replenish supplies as needed during their stay. Starter kit includes: • Toilet paper rolls (2 per bathroom) • Paper towel roll • Shampoo, conditioner, & hand soap • Coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil • Dish soap, laundry detergent & trash bags For longer stays, guests may need to replenish supplies during the visit. 🍖 BBQ Grill Free to use!
