💦 Pool & Spa Heating (OPTIONAL) RECOMMENDED DURING COOLER MONTHS (October–April) Pool & spa heat: $40/day •Heater runs for the entire stay once activated. •Please note that the pool pumps are equipped with a safety feature designed to prevent overheating during colder weather conditions when the system is working harder than usual. If this occurs, the pumps may temporarily shut off automatically until they can safely resume normal operation. •Please also note that the pool heater operates using a heat exchange system and may not perform effectively when outdoor temperatures are near freezing. •For homes equipped with a spa, the spa and pool share the same heating system. Because of this, it is not possible to heat the spa independently while leaving the pool heater off. The spa will typically warm up more quickly; however, the pool temperature will also increase over time, especially during warmer weather. Refunds are not provided for underperformance due to weather. 🌡️AC Please keep the A/C temperature set between 72°F and 78°F with the system on the Auto/Cool setting. Setting the temperature lower than 72°F may cause the unit to freeze, which can lead to significant damage and loss of cooling function. To help keep the home comfortable, ceiling fans and portable fans are available throughout the home and may also be used to improve airflow and cooling. To ensure the system operates properly and efficiently, please keep all doors and windows closed while the A/C is running. 🧴 Starter Supplies This is a self-catering home. We provide a starter kit of essential supplies upon arrival, and guests replenish supplies as needed during their stay. Starter kit includes: • Toilet paper rolls (2 per bathroom) • Paper towel roll • Shampoo, conditioner, & hand soap • Coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil • Dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, trash bags For longer stays, guests may need to replenish supplies during the visit. 🍖 BBQ Grill Free to use!
